Q: I purchased Pro but it's not showing.

Go to Settings → Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID used for the purchase.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → ScanHonest → Cancel.

Q: Where are my documents stored?

On your device, in the app's private folder. If you enabled iCloud Sync, also in your personal iCloud Drive — only you can access them.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
