By downloading or using ScanHonest, you agree to these terms.
2. License
ScanHonest grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
3. Free Tier
5 scans per month at no charge, forever. We reserve the right to adjust this limit with reasonable notice.
4. Pro Features
Available via:
- One-time purchase ($4.99 USD)
- Monthly subscription ($1.99 USD/month)
All purchases processed by Apple. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use ScanHonest to:
- Scan documents you don't have rights to
- Violate any applicable law
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the app
6. Your Content
Documents you scan are yours. We claim no ownership over your content. We have no access to your documents.
7. Disclaimer
ScanHonest is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScanHonest's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.
